How old do I have to be to become an associate with MCA?
You must be at least 18 years of age to become an
associate, no exceptions.
Do I need a checking account to receive commissions?
Yes, you must have a checking account at an actual bank
or credit union ie: Wells Fargo, Bank of America ect.. you dont want people
signing up under you with anything other than a debit or credit
card, because MCA will have no way to rebill this customer. You and people that
sign up under you must have a valid bank account or, you
will only receive a $9.24 commission instead of an $80 commission for this very
reason.
Is MCA a scam?
No, MCA is not a scam, this is a legitimate product and
service and they do deliver, and our associates do get paid every Friday via
direct deposit in the event that that sales are made. Some people take
the saying "we get paid every Friday" Literally. If you do not make
sales, you will not receive a commission, it’s as simple as that. The only
way you will get paid without making sales is if, someone on your team make a
sale and you receive override payments, or matrix pay, other than that...no,
you will not get paid if you don’t make sales, or get overrides or matrix pay.
What do I need to do before I can receive my commission on my sales?
You need to make sure that you have sent in your W-9 or
W-8 (Canadians), Independent Associate Agreement and your licensing document(s)
for the state in which you live, as any commission will be held pending until
the originals of these forms are received in our office at 3200 W Wilshire
Blvd, Oklahoma City, OK 73116. After receipt of these completed and signed
documents any commissions pending will be paid to you through direct deposit to
the bank and account you have designated for your Direct Deposit of
commissions. Setting up direct deposit can be done through your back office
once you have made a sales or clicked on the "Become an Associate"
link, or you can submit a completed Direct Deposit form with a copy of a voided
check attached via email to tvc@tvcmarketing.com or faxed to (405) 607-2500.

Do I need a license to sell MCA benefits in my state?
Yes, and no. I say this because there are some states
that require you (the associate) to obtain a motor club license in
order to sell the benefits package. These are requirements set forth by your
state, and has nothing to do with MCA or TVC matrix. If you do not get the
license, you will be limited to earning up to $600.00 per year. This doesn't
mean that you can't earn money with MCA without getting it, it just means that
you will be limited to earning only $600.00 per year. To remove this
restriction, you must complete the application process, no exceptions. If you
don't, any commissions more than $600.00 will be withheld until you get your
license. Below is a map of which states need it, and which states don’t need
it. If your state is colored WHITE, then you DO NOT NEED A
LICENSE. If the state you live in is colored in Gray then you must obtain a
license so you are not limited to earning just $600.00 per year with MCA.
I don't want to pay out of pocket for my motor club license, what can I do about it?
You don't have to pay out of pocket. Remember MCA allows
you to make up to $600 before they withhold commissions. When you make your
first few sales, take some of those profits and put it towards getting your
license.
